Terms of Service

General Policy At Kinetic Pillar LLC, we strive to ensure high-quality delivery across all divisions. Because we provide digital products and professional services, our refund policy is as follows:

Digital Products (VeilWitness & Software)

• No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of immersive media, subscriptions, and software licenses are final once access is granted or the product is downloaded.

• Exceptions: If a digital file is proven to be corrupted or defective, a replacement will be provided within 48 hours of notification.

Consulting & Technical Services

• Service Agreements: Consulting projects are governed by individual signed contracts.

• Cancellations: Clients may cancel consulting engagements with 14 days' written notice. Any work completed up to the date of cancellation will be billed at the agreed-upon hourly or project rate.

• Deposits: Any initial deposits for engineering or software development projects are non-refundable as they cover initial resource allocation and structural planning.
